Shipping and Delivery
We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery services to offer you competitive rates and secure delivery. The contents of your order and your delivery address area will determine which delivery services are available to you, and their cost. In most cases you will be offered more than one delivery option for your order, but where orders exceed value, weight and volume limits there may only be one service available to you. Please note we do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
UPS Standard, Expedited, Saver, and Express, or FedEx Ground
Applies to any order meeting the minimum order requirement of CAD$25 and not exceeding the maximum package weight of 68kgs. Shipment typically takes 4-5 business days and is available only to addresses in Canada or the continental United States.
If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready.
Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible due to differing availability from our suppliers or necessary shipping preparation for some items.
Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will dispatched as soon as they become available.
Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.
Should your order be marked as available for immediate dispatch and it fails to reach you within the times quoted above, then please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Please note we are unable to deliver outside Canada and the continental United States. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
